Chimay (Blue)

Words cannot even start to describe how fantastic Chimay is. We’re gonna try anyways. First off, anything made by Trappist Monks is bound to turn some heads. The smell that filled the room after we first removed the cork was hypnotizing. A hint of chocolate, earthy tones, and similar scents of a red wine, filled our heads with joyous thoughts. The first thing I noticed, was how easy it was to drink. Nine percent alcohol or not, this is a beer that I could drink all night long (and would want to over and over again). The sweet and creamy tones that rolled passed our tongues makes us proud to make this a BOTW.

Make sure you guys put this on your Holiday lists. This one’s sure on mine!
